How It Works
NoRageJobs is built around one rule: job requests do not become public until they pass review. Verification reduces junk, scams, missing pay, broken apply links, and misleading job posts.
The verification promise
A reviewed job means the listing passed NoRageJobs review standards before it was added to Browse Jobs. It does not guarantee employment, hiring decisions, or that every detail will stay accurate forever.
What we check
- Company name and company website
- Business email and hiring contact
- Public job location or service area
- Pay range, shift, hours, overtime, and benefits
- Application link, email, phone, or direct apply method
What gets flagged
- Missing or unclear public location
- Public email domains like Gmail/Yahoo for a business posting
- Email domain not matching the company website
- Very short job descriptions or missing benefits
- Pay that looks unrealistic or inconsistent
Admin decision
- Approve: job goes public
- Needs changes: employer must fix details
- Reject: job does not go public
- Expire/recheck: old listings get reviewed again
Review flow
The employer creates an account, completes required job details, and submits the job for review.
The demo checks company email, website, address, pay, benefits, and job description quality.
An admin approves, rejects, or requests changes. Only approved jobs move into Browse Jobs.
Approved jobs show a last checked date and should expire or be reverified so dead listings do not sit forever.
Job details
Review the real numbers before applying.
For Employers & Agencies
Choose the business lane that matches how you hire. Direct employers and recruiting organizations share the same transparency standard with tools designed for their work.
Employer posting flow
NoRageJobs keeps the candidate side clean while giving legitimate employers a clear, accountable path to publish jobs.
Recruiting for client companies
Staffing agencies, temp agencies, recruiting firms, placement agencies, executive search firms, and independent recruiters use a dedicated listing and active-slot workspace.
The verification promise
A reviewed job means the listing passed NoRageJobs review standards before it was added to Browse Jobs. It does not guarantee employment, hiring decisions, or that every detail will stay accurate forever.
The important checks, in one place
What employers provide
- Company name, website, and business email
- A clear public location or service area
- Pay range, schedule, hours, overtime, and benefits
- A working application link, email, phone, or direct method
What gets flagged
- Missing public locations or incomplete job details
- Business email and website domain mismatches
- Unrealistic or inconsistent pay information
- Broken, suspicious, or unclear application links
What admins decide
- Approve: the job becomes public
- Needs changes: the employer fixes specific details
- Reject: the job stays off the public site
- Expire or recheck: old listings do not linger forever
Review timeline
Required company, pay, schedule, location, benefits, and application details are completed before review.
The system looks for missing information, suspicious links, domain mismatches, and unrealistic pay.
Admins approve, reject, or return the request with changes. Only approved jobs reach Browse Jobs.
Approved jobs can be reported, rechecked, marked filled, renewed, or expired so candidates do not see stale listings.
Create your business account
Choose the account that matches how your organization hires. You can publish jobs after email verification and NoRageJobs review are complete.

Quick answers
8 answersJob listingsHow do I post a job?
Create or sign in to an employer or agency/recruiter account, then choose Post a Job in your workspace. Agency listings show the agency name. Naming the hiring business is optional; only enter a name you are authorized to disclose publicly. Build the listing with the duties, pay, schedule, location, and requirements. Choose to accept applications within NoRageJobs or provide an external application URL.
Review your answers, correct any required fields, then submit the listing. Submission does not instantly publish it: the listing must complete the applicable review and publication steps. Applicants apply within NoRageJobs or through your external application destination, depending on the method configured for that listing.
Create a business accountBrowsing & applyingCan I save jobs without an account?
Yes. Use the star beside a job and find it in Saved Jobs. Anonymous saves belong to this browser and device; clearing browser data can remove them. A personal account supports account saves across devices. When you sign in, active device saves can be added to your account with your permission.
Saved JobsAccountsWill selecting an evaluation plan charge me?
Billing is currently disabled. You will not be charged. The evaluation plan choice is a preference, not a paid subscription. You can change or cancel it later. When billing becomes available, a test choice will not automatically become paid; explicit payment authorization will be required.
Safety & reportingWhat does a verified listing mean?
A verified listing has been reviewed before publication for clear employer, pay, schedule, location, and application details. Verification improves transparency, but you should still evaluate every opportunity before applying.
Read our trust and safety standardsSafety & reportingHow do I report a suspicious listing?
Choose Report a listing below and include the job title, employer, or listing link. Tell us what looked inaccurate or suspicious so the team can review it.
Browsing & applyingDo I need an account to browse or apply?
No. Job seekers can browse listings and view the employer's application method without creating a NoRageJobs account.
Browse reviewed jobsJob listingsWhy did a job disappear?
A listing may have been filled, expired, removed after a report, or returned to the employer for corrections. Only active, approved listings appear in Browse Jobs.

Defaults & templates
Keep common posting details consistent while leaving job-specific facts for each recruiter to confirm.
Defaults and templates never publish a listing or replace job-specific review. Recruiters must still confirm pay, schedule, location, requirements, application method, and every other listing detail before submission.

Reusable templates

Change the affected account password and contact NoRageJobs Support. Organization-wide revocation will be added only with verified Agency Owner safeguards.
Ownership & recovery
Protect agency continuity without weakening Agency Owner verification or member privacy.
Ownership transfer, recovery contacts, and emergency access require fresh Agency Owner authentication, verified email confirmations, a cooling-off period, and a permanent server-side audit record. No action on this page changes ownership today.
Agency Owner
Only the verified Agency Owner can start a transfer, manage billing authority, or request organization recovery.
Potential successor
A listed recruiter is only a candidate. They receive no Agency Owner authority unless the protected transfer completes.
Required ownership-transfer sequence
Every step must complete in order before authority can move.
Continuity coverage
Recovery paths preserve the organization without revealing member credentials.
Contact NoRageJobs Support. Recovery requires organization evidence and identity verification; team members cannot bypass the Agency Owner account.
Data exports
Prepare portable organization records with clear scope, ownership, and privacy controls.
Exports can contain applicant, team, and billing information. NoRageJobs must reauthenticate the Agency Owner, generate files server-side, log each request, and expire every download link. Sample files cannot be downloaded from this preview.
Choose organization records
Each export is scoped separately so the Agency Owner downloads only what is needed.
No matching export types
Try another category or search term.
Recent exports
Completed, expired, and failed requests remain visible in the organization audit trail.
No export requests yet
Verified export requests will appear here after secure generation is connected.
Team & access
Manage recruiter invitations, included seats, and access without leaving the workspace.
Clients & authorizations
Keep the agency’s client relationships separate from NoRageJobs verification.
Adding a client means the agency recorded that relationship. It does not mean NoRageJobs verified or endorsed the agency’s authority to represent that client. Documentation and review history must remain attached to each record.
Client relationship records
Record the basis, scope, dates, and disclosure preference for each client.
No client records yet
Add a documented client relationship before submitting jobs on that client’s behalf.
Recruiter seat usage
Understand who occupies agency capacity and when a seat becomes available again.
Active recruiters and pending invitations reserve capacity. Suspended members remain attached to their history and continue to hold a seat until the Agency Owner removes them. Removal releases capacity without deleting attribution.
Reserved recruiter capacity
Manage invitations and membership status from Team & access.
No recruiter seats are in use
The Agency Owner can invite the first recruiter from Team & access.
Add more recruiter seats
Purchase reusable agency capacity with one payment—never a monthly per-recruiter charge. Choose 1 seat for $49, 5 seats for $199, or 10 seats for $349. Seats remain with this agency and become available again when a recruiter is removed.
Reserves one seat while the secure invitation is valid.
Uses one seat and retains access allowed by the recruiter role.
Keeps its seat and historical attribution while access is blocked.
Releases the seat while past jobs, actions, and assignments retain attribution.

Workers should not have to apply just to find out the pay is hidden, the schedule is different, the job is fake, or the employer left out important details. NoRageJobs exists to make the job search feel clearer before someone spends time applying.
