A Note from the Founder
Hey, I’m Josh.
If you’ve made it all the way to this page, you probably want to know why NoRageJobs exists.
I built this job board in the image of what I felt a job board should be. Something where you can browse jobs without dealing with pop-ups, forced logins, or anything frustrating in general.
I’m not saying I’ve prevented every frustration there is to have. The goal was simply to build something that caused less friction between job seekers and the companies posting jobs. I also wanted a place that provided more than enough details so people could actually know what they were applying for.
The idea really started one day while I was at work. I was frustrated and wanted to find a different job, and boy, I can tell you I had a hell of a time looking.
As soon as I’d find something that looked promising, I’d learn pretty quickly that it was either a fake job, had the wrong information posted, was missing important details, or the company simply wasn’t hiring anymore and nobody had bothered to update the listing.
I kept thinking there had to be a better way to do this.
NoRageJobs is still a new job board and is in the early stages of development. I’m looking forward to getting it going, seeing where it leads, and continuing to make it better along the way.
I hope you enjoy using NoRageJobs. And if there’s something you like, something you don’t like, or something that frustrates you, I’d genuinely love to hear about it. Your feedback gives me a chance to keep improving the job board and hopefully remove a few more of the frustrations we’ve all dealt with while looking for work.
Enjoy the job board!
